Originally from (the fields of) Athenry, I have always had an affinity for travelling and experiencing different cultures so it was a natural choice for me to study Business and Tourism in Sligo. Since then, I have continued working within the tourism industry, and after over two years of living abroad, I have returned to my home city to continue promoting our beautiful corner of the world.
Likes: Travelling, tea, an open fire, live music and spending quality time with friends.
Dislikes: It may be controversial, but avocados! And running – I’ll only run if my life depends on it, or I’m late for a bus!
Favorite place in Ireland: It has to be Galway city, or any woodland area!
Languages: English, Spanish and a cúpla focail as Gaeilge (a few words in Irish!)
