By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Overland Ireland Tours LTD
The competition is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
This is a Facebook/Instagram/Website competition.
To submit a valid entry is by the following:
1. Registering for the competition by filling the above form
2. Completing all fields with valid details
3. Answering the competition questions
  1. Have you ever been to Ireland?
  2. Do you plan to come to Ireland in 2023?
  3. Do you plan to come to Ireland in 2024?
  4. By reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
  5. By agreeing to hear from Overland Ireland Tours LTD
The prize is a 5-day/4-night Scheduled Guided tour or a 5-day Self-Drive tour for 2 people with Overland Ireland Tours LTD including Europe Car car hire, accommodation, activities and attractions:
1. Europe Car car Hire
  1. The prize is for a mid-sized automatic car Toyota Auris or similar
  2. Full insurance coverage is included
  3. The winner must meet licence requirements by holding a full driver’s licence for 2 years and be eligible to hold a licence for 8 years
2. Accommodation for four nights in a guesthouse and/or boutique hotel accommodation
3. Activities and attractions the could be included:
  1. Cliffs of Moher experience
  2. Guided walking tours
  3. Blarney Castle
  4. E-bike tour Dingle.
The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners accept the conditions of use of that prize.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for entry will be January 6, 2023, at 11:59 pm GMT (the last day of the draw). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or suspend the competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or their agents.
The winners will be notified by email or announced on social media and will be requested to confirm their details as well as their shipping address and will only ever be contacted by the Promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Prizes will be shipped during January 2023. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays and/or damage that might occur because of the shipping company and/or courier.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Blackout dates include June 15, 2023, through August 15, 2023, and December 15, 2023, through January 6, 2024.
In order to be eligible to win, entrants must be eligible to travel and have a valid passport.
The winners are responsible for any Covid related expenses, such as but not limited to PCR testing.
By entering the competition, you indicate your consent to having your name and photo included in a winner announcement. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current European data protection legislation.
