Originally from the West of Ireland, Karina has always had a passion for travel, connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences. Her career began in hospitality before moving into sales, marketing and international tourism, where she worked closely with guests from around the world. With a Master’s degree and extensive experience across hotels, conferences and global travel, she has developed a deep appreciation for showcasing Ireland in an authentic and personal way.
Now as General Manager at Overland, Karina brings a strong focus on people, partnerships and detail to every journey. Her goal is simple, to create trips that feel personal, seamless and truly memorable, reflecting the very best of Irish hospitality.
Likes: Travel and exploring new destinations, meeting people, great food and wine, scenic walks and drives, photography, painting, reading, warm weather and sunsets.
Dislikes: Mice (absolutely not!), traffic, negativity, rainy days and poor customer service….life is too short for any of those!
Favourite place in Ireland: Killarney, it just has everything! Stunning scenery, a great buzz around the town and always something new to see or do. I never get tired of going back.
