Wild Atlantic Way tour of Ireland – A Photographers Dream

Whether you are armed with an iPhone, a selfie stick or an SLR camera you simply cannot put it down on your Irish adventure tour. There are too many breath-taking photo opportunities along your Wild Atlantic Way tour. Many stops on our tour of Ireland take twice as long as guests holler ‘One more second’, ‘Hold on’, ‘Wait for me’ as they take the perfect shot of the vast wilderness of Connemara, the sheer drop at the Cliffs of Moher or their friend tackling another wave at Lahinch beach. The backdrop at all the locations are stunningly beautiful and guests need to capture the moment and share with their friends.

We were very fortunate to have the talented Stewart from Stewart Duffy Photography on board one of our Ultimate Overland Ireland tours last summer. He managed to capture some fantastic moments on his Wild Atlantic Way tour. His pictures opened our minds to the wonderful countryside and the interesting characters living here.

This week Stewart showcased some of these show-stopping photographs at an exhibition in Dublin. They were very well received and we were proud to be able to show him some of the hidden gems around Ireland so that he could work his magic with the camera. We hope to welcome him back again in the coming years.
